The Simple Secrets to a Quality Life

The most hackneyed phrase of all times is “Health is Wealth”. We got so familiar with this saying that we often spell it literally rather than understand the figurative rationale behind this cliche.

How many of us really care enough about the physical bodies in which our soul resides?

How many of us question or wonder about this most wonderful creation that strives to function perennially through thick and thin?

How many of us fully know the implications of messing up with our bodies?

Finding answers to these questions is of paramount importance if we are to live a contented life.

Childhood and teenage are the golden ages in everyone’s life wherein one can fully devour every possible luxury, indulge and savor in an epicurean feast, without dreading the implications they might have on our mind and body.

We throw caution to the winds and live life like there’s no tomorrow. But the deeds we do in our early years, be it detrimental or beneficial, manifest themselves once we grow old. No amount of regret would undo the damage we must’ve already caused.

You reap what you sow. So choose your activities prudently.

To be healthy as a whole, mental wellness plays a role

Here’s what you can do to promote good mental well-being.
